Returns & Exchanges
We could not do this without our family of loyal customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we would love the opportunity to make it right.
We have a 14-day exchange or store credit policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for a different size or product or to receive store credit (no money back).
ACCESSORIES, SALE ITEMS, AND FLASH FRIDAY SALES ARE FINAL SALE.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it -- unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. When returning shoes, please send the shoes and the shoe box back. Keep the shoe box in its original condition. Please do not attach the shipping label to the box and do not tape the box.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. Once your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
If you are planning on exchanging and are worried about your new size/color being sold out by the time your package arrives, let us know and we will pull the item back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
