Return Policy
We hope that you love all your purchases from Thomas + Rye. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE: accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tee's, pjs, make-up, sweatshirts, swimwear and athletic wear. All Flash Sales, $20 Tuesday items, Wipeout Wednesday items are Final Sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it -- unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. When returning shoes, please send the shoes and the shoe box back. Keep the shoe box in its original condition. Please do not attach the shipping label to the box and do not tape the box.
We do not offer exchanges.
To start a return, you can contact us at shopthomasandrye@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
