Shipping Policy

* Free U.S. shipping on orders $100 and over. Free returns on any order

* Shipping time is 2-4 days and does not include processing time

* Packages lost or stolen are the responsibility of the customer.

P.O. Boxes cannot be shipped UPS.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

Double check your shipping address. Once your order has been shipped, you will be charged an additional shipping charge in order to ship again if it was delivered to the wrong address. 

If you did not receive your package and/or it was lost in transit, please email us at so we can file a claim for the package. If shipped via USPS mail, your package must be in transit for at least 15 days before we file a claim. If your package cannot be located after a claim and investigation has been filed, then we will reship your items. If they are no longer in stock, we will refund you for your order, minus the cost of shipping.

Please note: if the carrier confirms the delivery of your order, we are unable to issue a refund. You will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.  

Please contact UPS or USPS regarding any shipping delays. We do not refund shipping charges if the carrier does not meet their guaranteed shipping time.
