Shipping policy
Orders of $150 or more are FREE!
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.
P.O. Boxes cannot be shipped UPS.
Double check your shipping address. Once your order has been shipped, you will be charged an additional shipping charge in order to ship again if it was delivered to the wrong address.
If you order two or more times in one day, you can email us and we will combine your order and refund you the shipping charge(s).
If you did not receive your package and/or it was lost in transit, please email us at shopthomasandrye@gmail.com so we can file a claim for the package. If shipped via USPS mail, your package must be in transit for at least 15 days before we file a claim. If your package cannot be located after a claim and investigation has been filed, then we will reship your items. If they are no longer in stock, we will refund you for your order, minus the cost of shipping.
Please note: if the carrier confirms the delivery of your order, we are unable to issue a refund. You will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
Please contact UPS or USPS regarding any shipping delays. We do not refund shipping charges if the carrier does not meet their guaranteed shipping time.
